The Senior Domestic Chaplain will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating this team of Domestic Chaplains

The Rev Skillen said: “A bishop's chaplain accompanies the bishop to, and assists him in the course of, a number of services – for example, institutions, ordinations and commissionings – to enable the bishop to focus on the liturgy and on his particular parts of the service, knowing that any distractions or worries are in the safe hands of his chaplain – that, at least, is the theory!”
