Ordination of Priests on St Columba’s Day
Four new priests will be ordained in Connor Diocese on Thursday June 9.
The St Columba’s Day Service of Ordination will take place in St Patrick’s, Ballymoney, at 8pm, and the new priests will be ordained by the Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev Alan Abernethy.
They are: Peter Ferguson, for the curacy of the Parish of Carrickfergus; Brian Lacey for the curacy of Ballymena and Ballyclug; Brian Howe in the Non-stipendiary Ministry for the Parish of Ballymoney, Finvoy and Rasharkin; and Trevor Kelly in the Non-stipendiary Ministry for the curacy of Craigs, Dunaghy and Killagan.
