Archdeacon of Connor dines at Lambeth Palace
The Ven Dr Steven McBride, Archdeacon of Connor, will preach at the Eucharist in the Church of St Botolph without Bishopsgate, London, on Wednesday September 7.
The previous evening, Archdeacon McBride will dine at Lambeth Palace with the Dr Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury, and the Rev Dr Alan McCormack, rector of St Botolph’s, at the Annual Feast of the Nikaean Club.
Dr McCormack, formerly Dean of Residence in Trinity College, was a parishioner at St Peter’s, Belfast, when the Archdeacon of Connor, now vicar of Antrim, was rector there.
