Dawn service in Castle Gardens, Lisburn
Members of Lisburn Cathedral, Christ Church Parish, First Lisburn Presbyterian and Railway Street Presbyterian churches joined to rejoice in Christ’s resurrection at a ‘Dawn Service’ in Castle Gardens on Easter Sunday.
The Rev Brian Gibson led the service assisted by the Rev Paul Dundas, Canon Sam Wright and the Rev John Brackenridge.
Lucy Burden, a member of Lisburn Cathedral, read the Easter Scripture lesson. Jonny McGeown (First Lisburn), together with musicians from Railway Street Presbyterian Church, led the praise and David Lamont (Lisburn Cathedral) was in charge of the sound desk and amplification.
Following the service breakfast was served in Lisburn Cathedral Church Hall.
