Dean Wilson, a member of Christ Church Parish, Lisburn, also celebrates his 70th year of ordination this year. When he retired after all his ministry in Down and Dromore Diocese, the Dean worshipped with his wife Betty in Christ Church.
On Monday, the Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev George Davison and Archdeacon Paul Dundas, rector of Christ Church, visited Mervyn and Betty along with their daughters Pauline and Andrea and son Geoff, who took the photograph above.
