The Rev Trevor Johnston was instituted as incumbent of the United Parish of St Nicholas and All Saints, Belfast, at a service in All Saints’ Parish Church, Belfast, on Sunday, February 26. [Photo album below].

Trevor has been rector of All Saints’ Parish Church, University Street, since September 2014 and curate-in-charge of St Nicholas’, Lisburn Road, since October 2020.

He is a former chaplain to the University of Ulster at Jordanstown and Belfast and a former curate of St Patrick’s Parish, Jordanstown. Prior to his move to All Saints’, he had been Ireland Team Leader of Crosslinks Mission Agency since January 2010.

Trevor is married to Joy and they have four daughters and one son.

Trevor was instituted as rector of the new united parish by the Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev George Davison. The guest preacher was Dr Jonathan McClaughlin, senior pastor in Hamilton Road Baptist Church, Bangor.
