Trevor and Karen guests at Buckingham Palace Garden Party

Trevor and Karen Douglas in the gardens of Buckingham Palace during the Royal Garden Party on May 3.

The sun shone on the first Buckingham Palace Garden Party to take place in the reign of King Charles III on Wednesday May 3, and Diocesan Development Manager Trevor Douglas was among the honoured guests on this special occasion.

Trevor, who is General Manager of St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast, was accompanied by his wife Karen, and they appeared to have a wonderful time, mingling in the beautiful Palace Gardens just days before the King’s Coronation.

The Garden Party – the first of three announced by Buckingham Palace earlier this year, was hosted by the King and Queen Consort, who were also joined by the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
