Black Santa Appeal 2023 raises almost £171,000
December’s Black Santa Sit-out on the steps of Belfast Cathedral raised almost £171,000 – far exceeding Dean Stephen Forde’s target of £130,000.

Chaplains support for people in hospital
Clergy and lay readers across the diocese are encouraged to keep in touch with hospital chaplains to let them know if a parishioner is in hospital and if there is any support the chaplains can provide.
St Katharine’s Parish supports families in Newtownabbey
For the past 50 years, St Katharine’s Parish Church, Belfast, has been donating toys, books games etc to the children of Newtownabbey to help make Christmas special for them and their families.
