The following statement has been issued by the Most Rev John McDowell, Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland, on the Northern Ireland Executive’s announcement in relation to the Coronavirus Recovery Plan and returning to public worship:
Today, June 25, clergy and lay people should have been gathering in Ballymoney for the annual Diocesan Synod. As this is not possible due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we invite you to take a walk down memory lane and enjoy some pictures from Synods of old.
